Ep. 143 Feeling Left Out - Heidi Benjaminsen Coaching

Ep. 143 Feeling Left Out

We all know the feeling in the pit of our stomach – we hear about a fun party and realize we weren’t invited.  Or we go to a luncheon and everyone is already sitting with a friend.  We feel “left out”.  Where does this feeling come from and why does it leave us acting in ways that perpetuate us being “left out”?

Listen as Heidi shares examples and tools to handle these situations with confidence.  Hear what is causing us to feel this way, then visualize thinking and acting so you aren’t “left out”.  Hear what NOT to say and what to say, listen for ways to hold your body, speak so you are included… if you want to be included.  Because confident people don’t need to go to everything and be everywhere.

We become who we think we are.  If we think we are always “left out”, we will be.  If we think people like us and want to include us, we will be liked and included.

Hi, I'm Heidi

I help mothers of teenagers create inner confidence, calm and happiness.  The more anchored a mother is, the more secure her children will feel.  Calm is contagious.
